Renee's Story
Renee is a mother of 4, pastor's wife, and educator. She has over 25 years of experience as an educator. Ten of those years were spent as a teacher in public schools and serving on various committees: vertical alignment, school improvement, innovation council, ELA, and more. Renee's current line of work is as a national STEM trainer for teachers. Inspired by education, she founded a nonprofit organization, STEM 4 Them. It uses project-based learning to build relationships between children in foster care and families interested in adoption.
Renee served as an Administrative Pastor (25+ years), Public Education (teacher) ten years and Social Worker for two years.

● Recruitment and retention of volunteer staff
● Train all staff in crisis situations, growth mindset while building a highly energetic and effective team ● Facilitate hands on events that promote innovation, personal advancement, communication, collaboration, decision making, and creativity
● Partner with foster care communities, DHHS, businesses, churches, and other agencies to match children with forever families and eliminate children aging out of the system
